Lodging a protest and adding evidence
Protest within 12 hours of the scheduled start and attach photos or videos as evidence.
Last updated Wed 14 Oct
When you can protest
A captain can lodge a protest from the match's scheduled start time until 12 hours after it. After that, the protest option closes.
Use a protest for a problem with how the match was played, such as a rule breach. If you only disagree with the score, reject it instead.
How to lodge a protest
Open the match.
Choose Lodge a protest.
Explain what happened, clearly and calmly.
Add your evidence and send.
Evidence
You can add up to 6 photos or videos. Each video can be up to 60 seconds long. Trim videos to the moment that matters.
What happens next
PL reviews the protest and evidence, may contact both captains, and decides the outcome. PL's decision is final and there is no appeal.
