Submitting the score

When to submit

Once the match has started, either captain can submit the final score. Do it straight after the match while everyone is still there to agree it.

How to submit

1. Open the match from My matches.

2. Choose Submit score.

3. Enter the games won by each team. For a group match that is the one extended set. For a knockout match, enter the games for each set played.

4. Check the score, then submit.

What counts as a valid score

• Group match: the winner reaches 9 games, or 10 games if the set reached 8–8.

• Knockout match: best of three sets, with a tiebreak at 6–6.

What happens next

The other captain is asked to confirm or reject the score within 12 hours. If they do not respond, it is confirmed automatically. If you spot a mistake, edit it before they respond.

Only one score is needed per match. If the other captain has already submitted, confirm or reject theirs instead.
